There is no account and no server, so most things you can do yourself, on the device, in a few taps. What is here: the Report action, the fixes people ask about most, and how to reach a person.
Report a problem from the app
Every AI message has a Report action, and Settings has Report a problem. Both work offline. A report is saved on your device and nothing is sent automatically; the app shows you the file, and you decide whether to email it from your own mail app. You choose what it contains. It never includes your conversations unless you attach them yourself.
Common questions
The model will not load, or the app says it needs more memory
Each model lists the memory it needs. Close other apps, or pick a smaller model in the Vault. The built-in Instant model runs on every supported device.
It is slow
Speed depends on the model and the chip. The Vault shows the expected tokens per second for each model on your exact device; the Ledger under every answer shows what it actually measured. A smaller model is faster, a larger one is sharper. Warm devices throttle; let the phone cool.
Pro is not showing after a reinstall or a new phone
Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same store account you bought with. A purchase belongs to that store: an App Store purchase does not unlock the Windows app, and vice versa. If you own Pro on one store and want it on another, write to us with your receipt for a discount code.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policy: App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Paddle. We do not hold your payment details and cannot refund directly.
I want to delete my data
Delete any conversation, delete everything from Settings → Storage, or use Emergency Wipe. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
I want to export my data
Settings → Export lets you export any conversation, or everything, to a file you control. Exported text is marked as AI-generated in its header and metadata.
Does the model download reveal anything about me?
On Android the store does the download, not the app. On iOS and on desktop a download you start is one HTTPS request for one file: it carries your IP address, like any download, and no identifier. Details in the privacy policy.
Reach a person
BugsUse Report a problem in the app and email us the file. The source is public at github.com/moshecohen90/inborn, but we don't run a public issue tracker there: email is still how a bug reaches us.
When you email us, we process your address and what you wrote, only to answer you, and delete the thread within 90 days after the issue is closed. That is the one place we ever hold personal data; see section 5 of the privacy policy.
